Thank you for shopping with Bull & Bear Clothing Co. Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details and size selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We will gladly refund items that arrive:
- Damaged during shipping
- With a manufacturer defect
- As the wrong item (incorrect design, size, or color from what you ordered)
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bullandbearclothingco.com and include:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a free replacement. There is no need to return the original item.
Cancellations
Because each product is custom printed when you order, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us at info@bullandbearclothingco.com — we’ll do our best to help.
