Processing Time
Each product is custom-made after your order is placed. Please allow:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item ships.

- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

International Orders & Customs
